Rhonda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Morris College in 2012 and a dual Master's in Human Resources Management and Management and Leadership from Webster UnHer mission goes beyond borders, advocating for mental health awareness among women of color while empowering them with the tools of entrepreneurship.

Having triumphed over her own battles with mental health issues like suicidal thoughts, PTSD and depression, Rhonda knows firsthand the transformative power of perseverance. Her journey from darkness to light serves as a testament to the human spirit's resilience and capacity for growth.

Through her inspirational platform, Rhonda offers a sanctuary of encouragement, prayer and healing. Her vision is simple, yet profound: to see women worldwide embrace peace, purpose, and divine empowerment.
